Deep Sea Consciousness

As the world appears to be going up in flames, we are called to sink deeper into the waters of memory and healing. This is not a time for thinking, but for turning on our sense perceptions and viscerally feeling.

If one wishes to comprehend the mysterious forces of this world and of their very selves, they have to enter into the intelligence of the body which speaks the same alchemical language of rupture and repair, of destruction and healing, of separation and union that the earth and all of it’s inhabitants do at the level of the unconscious…

They have to recognize that the mysteries that plague us are alchemy itself working it’s will.

Whatever dis-ease you are experiencing right now, it’s pointing to something much deeper than what the mind can sync to. It’s pointing to something that can only be tapped into through following the threads of feeling that arise now; whether those feelings are somatic or emotional. It is when we let those feelings take us by the hand that the questions, mysteries and challenges we face find an open door that welcomes them to step out into the light of conscious awareness.

The more that we follow these threads of feeling within, the more enriching the messages will be. Likewise, the more we radiate our feelings outwardly, the more opportunity there will be for true connection, true repair, true healing, true unity…

This is the kind of connection that forms true bonds; the kind of bonds that lead us to realize that we are one with All and that the heart has the potential to expand big enough to encircle all opposites in a loving embrace of unity consciousness.

The more bonds we make, the more opportunities our hearts have to deepen in their love.

Isn’t that the point?

This new moon in Pisces carries much with it, but it’s gifts have less to do with how much of the world’s suffering we can hold without breaking ourselves apart, and everything to do with how many ways we can embody and exude loving kindness, loving generosity, and loving presence wherever we can.

Yes, reinforcing the bonds we already have with greater expressions of love is needed, and finding new elements of this world to love is most enriching… But perhaps what is most powerful at this time is to share our love with the parts of this world and our selves that we can’t cognitively understand, that we see as destructive, and that we perhaps even detest.

How deep does the well of your love flow?

This new moon in Pisces reminds us that as long as we are simply trying to reach new depths and dimensions of our love, we are bound to unearth that which we’ve been seeking all along, inside and out— for they are one and the same.
