Often represented by the Dove and the Rose, the Gnostic goddess Sophia finds herself at the center of a great labyrinth that mirrors the cycle of the Moon. The lunar cycle and the labyrinth is symbolic of Sophia’s quest for complete Self awareness. By reflecting on her experiences in finite reality, she is led to the Wisdom that can only be found through her conscious journey towards its center.
